Selling a Home? We will charge you only $395 if you are using us to buy a home after we sell yours. You would still pay 2.7% to the agent that brings us your buyer. If you aren't buying, we charge 3.89% if there is another realtor involved, 2.89% if we find the buyer directly and we are representing you and the buyer. We charge 0.89% if you find a buyer without a realtor while we are marketing your home and we do the paperwork.

Buying a Home? Our service to buyers is free. Unlike most Real Estate companies in the Twin Cities, we do not charge the typical administration fee that you pay at the closing table. We will never pressure or steer a buyer toward any particular property. Our job is to simply show you what you want to see and provide you with information so you can make an educated decision on what to buy and how much to pay for it.
